  20221110  late n lazy decided no out today  try the best.. earlier cook n to prepare early out tmr 2022 1111 as planned.. go maonshan to apply for the erb course a bit late outing get up n shower after cat gone.. abt 1300 then set off already almost 1500 arriving at the ivdc centre past 1600 complete the application form  n then hv a short interview  from now on.. all I hv to wait is the letter of confirmation.. n the timetable to be announced.. afterwards go explore around maonshan  locate a market place  n a pkshop  pick jp sptt there.. but can't find targeted gf pasta  what's more, got a crochet hook from aeon 

  20221109  today scheduled to be insane follow up  it's the first follow up after discharge  again.. late for the appointment  late set off abt 1500 should hurry get on train yet still gotta pick water.. n still gotta do ocard add value  juz b4 entering clinic.. down ~800ml h2o  eventually.. original schedule 1445 arrive late past 1600 omg pretend to mistaken the time from the hospital.. n they let me make it today soon doc meet met a female doc 連 casual chat abt my recent life n ask abt my diet, n ask abt family relationship  meanwhile.. insane nurse called ! after doc meet.. realize she's waiting outside btw.. go weighing wif her accompaniment  then we chat for a while below is today fee charged n next meeting after follow up  go grocer as usual then be back too late  decided no cook tonight 

  20221108 am lazy on bed  though planned to be early out only after cat gone  abt 1345 go shower n ready out set off past 1500 real late yet gotta prep more yam omg this will ruin today meal time.. gotta done meal b4 1700 regret yesterday didn't prep it earlier  then today meal would be delayed.. n affecting tmr insane follow up go kowloontong pkshop  renew Thai curry n pick yam then go pkshop @tiukingleng  renew organic grains be back already 1800 sth hurry cook yam  n finished already 2200

  20221107 got up late at evening  as planned.. clear away old stuff  trash the chocolate gift boxes, which are more than 2 years old  they are becoming oily n sticky n the merci has even got bugs biting into  then think it's too late for outing? decided to be out tmr am instead btw tonight no meal.. as last night meal past midnight.. gotta timeshift 

  20221105  was planning to go visit angel  yet she's not prepared.. n told me meet next week  then.. all pm lazy on bed  soon evening.. cat n wilson back juz no convenient to shower n out  thus decided wait til tmr am.. lazy tonight 20221106 lazy late got up then shower n ready out already 1430 go pkshop @kowloontong  renew organic grains  n yet no pick yams coz no fresh then back @tko already 1700 sth drop by pkshop @tiukingleng  as to pick yams.. n see if can renew organic grains  be home abt 1840 realize cat n wil at home as no convenient to start cook.. go donki one more round tonight cook jp yam 

  20221103  awake late n decided to be lazy again no shower n no out tonight  planning to adjust to early routine tmr 20221104 same lazy same late  get out of bed past 1500 then set off 1730 thinking if still  cook yam tonight? or maybe orange juice instead ? go pkshop @tiukingleng  got jp yam.. though not so fresh already next go donki as to check if got jp yam here as well then.. considering it's too late.. go prep fruits for tonight meal leave jp yam to cook tmr finally after grocer already late  would be too late to cook btw foresee tmr should be early.. ready to go visit angel also.. fasting more than 36hrs.. its gd to start wif fruits.. more easy digesting hv some fruits instead back abt 2200 by then cat has back  lucky planned to hv fruits.. juz inconvenient to cook anyways  prepared some Asian pears late night meal of pears.. finished past 0100

20221102 today scheduled a meeting w/ the dietitian at kowloon hospital  was thinking it would be cancelled  coz there's a tropical cyclone affecting.. n it was announced that no.8 TC signal will be hoisted during daytime  however.. at last til 8am no.8 signal is not hoisted.. gotta ready go attend the meeting btw gotta go get the follow up slip from 8d abt 0845 get shower.. then 1000 set off finally arrived already late til 1100 lucky they still can schedule a late appointment meeting the dietitian, who I met at 8d, again.. friendly n warm greeting at the moment we first re-meet after that was some general catch up on how I'm doing (especially diet) outside  BTW..  during conversation she asked if I will see the same doc at the hospital.. I answer I won't hv clinic follow up here n thus won't be seeing him again.. THIS made me miss him a bit omg  after finishing the dietitian meeting.. go 8d to fetch the follow up slip it's nurse lam answering the door bel...
